2010 ARIEL Non-Alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon

ARIEL Cabernet Sauvignon is a dealcoholized wine composed of Cabernets from the 2010 vintage, produced in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. After undergoing fermentation in stainless steel cooperage, the wine is separated from the skins, and a portion of it is moved into oak barrels for extended aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold fi ltration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.

2010 ARIEL Non-Alcoholic Merlot

ARIEL 2010 Merlot is a dealcoholized wine made in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. The fruit was crushed, fermented and aged in stainless steel using traditional red wine methods, and after fermentation, the wine was separated from the skins and moved to small French Oak barrels for aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold fi ltration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.

2010 ARIEL Non-Alcoholic Chardonnay

ARIEL Chardonnay is a dealcoholized wine made in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. Composed of Chardonnays from the 2010 vintage, with an emphasis on tropical fruit character, ARIEL Chardonnay is fermented cold in stainless steel cooperage and small French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, it is blended before undergoing more oak barrel aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.

ARIEL 2010 Chardonnay grapes are carefully chosen from a variety of regions in California, with vineyards selected for Chardonnay exhibiting an emphasis on tropical fruit aromas.

ARIEL 2008 California Merlot offers all of the benefits of a red wine, with less than half of one- percent alcohol. The grapes were grown in San Luis Obispo county, from vineyards known for superior Merlot production.

ARIEL California Merlot was fermented and aged in the traditional red wine method: fermentation in stainless steel cooperage on the skins at temperatures above 75° F (24° C). After fermentation, the wine was separated from the skins and a portion was moved to small French oak barrels for aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration.

ARIEL Brut Cuvée is produced from Chardonnay grapes fermented cold (45° F, 7° C) in stainless steel cooperage. The cuvée is balanced from the finished wines, with the alcohol gently removed by cold filtration, and is Charmat method sparkling wine processed prior to bottling.

VARIETALS
ARIEL Brut Cuvée is 100% Chardonnay with less than half of one percent alcohol. The vineyards and vintages are selected based on their consistency of delicately floral fruit aromas. ARIEL Brut Cuvée retains all the natural and delicate flavor of the grapes by removing the alcohol through our own unique and patented method of cold filtration.

ARIEL Rouge is fermented and aged in the traditional red wine method: fermentation in stainless steel cooperage on the skins at temperatures above 75° F (24° C) for optimum color extraction and complexity of aromas and tannins. Some of the finished wine is oak aged for additional complexity. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration.

VARIETALS
ARIEL Rouge is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah, carefully chosen from California appellation vineyards. Grapes selected show good aroma, balance and adequate tannins for aging.

ARIEL Non-Alcoholic Blanc

The wines used to produce ARIEL Blanc are fermented very cold (40°-45° F, 4°-7° C) in stainless steel cooperage. Some of the fermentations are arrested by chilling the wine to 30° F (-1° C) once the desired alcohol and sugar levels are achieved. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration.

VARIETALS
ARIEL Blanc is a premium blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, with less than one half of one- percent alcohol. Vineyards are selected based on their emphasis on floral, aromatic fruit character. ARIEL Blanc retains all the natural and delicate flavor of the grapes by removing the alcohol through our own unique and patented method of cold filtration.

ARIEL Non-Alcoholic White Zinfandel

ARIEL White Zinfandel is made from the red Zinfandel grape. Once harvested, the grapes are crushed and the juice is allowed to ferment at 50° F (10° C) in stainless steel cooperage with the skins until the desired color is extracted. The skins are then removed, and the blush colored must is fermented to dryness. Just prior to bottling the alcohol is gently removed via cold filtration.

WHITE ZINFANDEL
ARIEL White Zinfandel is produced from select California vineyards growing Zinfandel exclusively for White Zinfandel production, with an emphasis on vineyards producing grapes with a strawberry fruit character.
