Our featured Entree is Grimaud Farms Natural Guinea Hen, an herb roasted breast with braised confit tortelloni, caramelized garlic, red wine, spiced pumpkin flan and Lacianto Kale with Brown Butter paired with our library vintage 2007 J. Lohr Gesture Mourvèdre.
