Cabernet Franc Day in Paso Robles

On Sunday, Dec 3rd, 2023, Paso Robles invites you to celebrate Cabernet Franc, the genesis grape of Bordeaux.

There will be Two events:

EVENT 1: SEMINAR (Tasting + Panel)

10:00 AM to 12:45 PM | 50 tickets

• Tasting: Cabernet Francs around the world : Wine Educator, Wes Hagen, will lead a presentation on Cab Francs from around the world, covering 6 wine regions.
• Panel: led by Matt Kettman: Join leading growers, producers, and industry leaders on an in-depth discussion of Cab Franc in Paso Robles

EVENT 2: GRAND TASTING (Paso Wines + Food)

12:00 PM to 3:00 PM | 100 tickets

• Paso Wines | Each winery will pour varietal Cabernet Francs or a blend with Cabernet Franc as a dominant grape.
• Food Pairings | Chef Charlie has worked with Neeta Mittal to pair the passed appetizers with the various expressions of Cabernet Franc. Additionally, guests will also be treated to a deliciously curated grazing table to pair with your tasting.
