It’s a “Pop-Up Pâtisserie!”

Back by popular demand, Sunday, December 4, we’ll be partnering with famed local baker Craftsman and Wolves for a Pop-Up Pâtisserie at the J. Lohr San Jose Wine Center.

Craftsman and Wolves is a French-inspired pâtisserie cafe with two locations in San Francisco and a popular stand at Palo Alto’s California Avenue Farmer’s Market. CAW has garnered accolades from Bon Appétit, GQ, Martha Stewart, Food & Wine, and Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate” (featuring their infamous “Rebel Within” muffin). Executive Chef Sam Ceccotti leads the CAW workshop team in crafting an artistic, ever-changing offering of pastries, cakes, breads, croissants, confections, confitures, and desserts.

Craftsman and Wolves will be setting-up shop and selling their delicious wares at the J. Lohr San Jose Wine Center from 10 am to 1 pm on December 4th. What could be better than sensational pastries and award-winning wines on a crisp December day?

Drop-in tasting guests welcome.
