Ingredients:
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup J. Lohr Estates Falcon’s Perch Pinot Noir (or other J. Lohr red wine)
- 3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
