The “Los Osos” soils found in our vineyards in the El Pomar District of Paso Robles have proven to be perfect medium for growing this classic Bordeaux variety. Aged twelve months in American oak. Final blend: 83% Merlot, 16% Malbec, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon.
