Valentine’s Wine Bottle Vase
Who needs roses when we have Rosé? Transform your empty J. Lohr wine bottles into decorative St. Valentine’s Day-themed centerpieces or vases in this fun and easy craft.
Supplies
- Empty wine bottle
- All-In-One Paint + Primer Spray Paint (any color you’d like; we used matte white)
- Acrylic paint (we used red)
- Paintbrush
- Ribbon
- Wood letters
- Scissors
- Superglue
- Protective goggles and gloves
- Seasonal decorative spray or other floral arrangement
Instructions
- Remove the wine label.
- After the label is removed, run bottle under warm water and scrub the glue off with a dish sponge.
- Dry the bottle, making sure there is no glue residue left.
- Take the bottle outside; wearing protective goggles and gloves, spray the bottle with spray paint; let dry.
- While your wine bottle is drying, paint your wood letters on a protected surface.
- When letters are dry, affix to the wine bottle using super glue.
- Measure the ribbon to the desired length, then tie into a bow at the top of the bottle.
- Add your decorative sprays or floral arrangements.
- Reward yourself with a glass of J. Lohr Gean Vineyard Rosé and toast your beautiful new Valentine’s vase.
